Background
Hepburn Group is headed up by Russell Hepburn who has a wealth of experience working in sales and management at a senior level.

His sales career began, when he joined Mars Confectionery, where he received extensive sales training.

In 1990 he joined forces with two ex Mars colleagues at the newly launched company, FMCG Ltd. The business specialised in field marketing and marketing services solutions.
During the next five years he was on the FMCG Board of Directors as Client Service Director and Business Development Director.

In 1994 he set-up a brand new company within the FMCG Group, FMCG Training and was the Managing Director for 6 years. During this time, the business provided sales and management training programmes for clients including Birds Eye Wall's, British Airways, BOC Gases, Cadbury, Compass, Kodak, Prudential, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Twentieth Century Fox.

In March 2000, he set up Hepburn Training & Consultancy (htc). The business provides training and consultancy solutions across the UK and internationally from Europe to the Far East.
